We will guide you through these simple steps so that you can make the best out of your session
Welcome! Leave the stress and worries outside. Remember to go to the bathroom before the session
Leave your clothes in the couch, quick shower, no shampoo or soap is required. Put on your earplugs
Get in the pod easily. Once inside close it and lie on your back
Turn the lights off from the inside. Inhale deeply and let go slowly. That’s it! You are floating
The lights will turn on when the session is over and you will start to hear soft music (if you had a session with music, then it will be turned off). The recirculation system will start at this point
Get out of the pod slowly. Shower off the salt, you can use our organic shampoo and soap selected for you
When you are ready, get yourself to our lounge and have some tea. You can tell us your experience, write it down, draw it or simply drink your tea and enjoy
